Use of Artificial Intelligence

Please note we utilise Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technology to conduct and analyse certain research questions in this interview. By participating in this interview, you will be interacting with an AI model programmed to inquire about specific topics and delve deeper into your responses through follow-up questions

Specifically, AI is used to generate follow-up questions based on the responses you have provided to previous questions. AI will use the overall context of the research objectives, the question asked previously, and your responses to generate additional questions. Please note, the AI is restricted from engaging outside the agreed topics of the research.

Security and Data Retention:

All data is stored securely on servers located within the European Union ("EU") and is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above. All data is encrypted end-to-end and is encrypted at rest. Data is stored in Ireland and the Netherlands, and the AI processing is done using Azure OpenAI (located in Sweden). Data that is provided to the AI is kept private and is not used for training publicly available AI models.

Participation Options:

You may choose to respond to questions in this interview via text, voice recording, video recording, or image uploads. If you use audio or video recordings, AI will be used to transcribe your audio/video to text so that it can be reviewed by a member of our team if required. AI will also be used to analyse any images that are uploaded as part of your response.
